and the Slow Food :
The alliance is a great supportive network where Italian chefs come together and make a pact with the producers of Slow Food, pledging to cook and promote their products. Chef Patron "Fabrizio Facchini" take part in this adventure.
The Restaurant :
The restaurant with 40 seats (internal and 30 external) to sit is the result of a passion for cooking of the owners of Italian origin, who were born abroad and have traveled extensively, and their desire to experience a different cuisine that combines tradition, the products local and foreign spices from around the world and new cooking techniques.
The menu is primarily focused on the meat of any kind with the particularity of being modified by the owner Chef seasonally.
The restaurant also serves as a wine bar that offers a great wine list and beer that offers a range of Belgian beers. The property also has a large park, a modern swimming pool surrounded by exotic plants, and a playground. The careful selection of our suppliers guarantees the best quality of the dishes offered.
Products Selection :
The finished products all year round: fresh truffle (dall'estivo to white in winter) - Angus and Cattle (Argentine, Scottish, Irish, or style Wagyu KOBE, Friesian Piemontese - Razza Piemontese Slow Food - Cheese (Pecorino, Burrata di Andria DOP, Robiola of Roccaverano Slow Food Presidium) - Salumi di Norcia and Iberians - Pig and Black Pig (Iberico Pata Negra, Mora Romagnola Slow Food Presidium) - pasta homemade pasta extruded in bronze Gragnano - etc.
The restaurant uses fresh produce to 90% and with certification of quality and origin (DOP, IGP, Slow Food Presidium).
Wine :
Our winery and wines made local, national and international. A great choice of Belgian beers and Italian. The paper has more than 160 labels of manufacturers including: Santa Barbara, Garofoli, Fattoria San Lorenzo Antinori, Tenuta San Guido, Hope, Montenisa, Quadra, Chimay, Orval, Baladin and many others.
